SMS Terms

How Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives handles text-message consent, content, frequency, and opt-out.

Last reviewed for A2P 10DLC compliance: 2026-05-27

SMS, on the record.

Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives (the “sender”) sends two distinct categories of text messages to people who opt in on a web form at https://amatistacreatives.com. Consent for each category is captured separately. Submitting any of our forms is not, by itself, an opt-in to SMS — only checking the relevant consent checkbox is.

Business identity

Amatista LLC is a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Amatista Creatives. All SMS messages originate from Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives. We are doing DBA as Amatista Creatives.

Opt-in capture

The opt-in form at https://amatistacreatives.com/contact (and the assessment form at https://amatistacreatives.com/assessment) presents two independent checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default. Submitting the form does not opt you in unless one or both boxes are explicitly ticked.

Non-marketing checkbox (verbatim):

“I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives about your spec website preview, appointment confirmations and reminders, proposal delivery, project status updates, and post-project review requests. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”

Marketing checkbox (verbatim):

“I consent to receive marketing text messages, about special offers, discounts, and service updates, from Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information handling

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent evidence we retain

When you check a consent checkbox, we record the timestamp (UTC), your IP address, and your browser user-agent string against your contact record. This evidence is retained for the lifetime of the contact record so we can answer carrier or regulator audits.
