From 50 pages to 14 slides.
Roha Health needed to introduce a new hospital project to international investors and healthcare partners ahead of a 2027 opening. The material arrived as a fifty-page brief: dense data, no narrative spine. Saron rebuilt it as a fourteen-slide argument, opening to ask, with one chart style throughout and a master template the team keeps using.
The same spine carries a raise: what is broken, who pays, how the money works, and what you are asking for.
