Privacy, plainly.

This Privacy Policy applies to Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives, https://amatistacreatives.com, our demo pages, contact forms, chat widgets, and related marketing services.

Who we are

Amatista LLC (operating as "Amatista Creatives") is a Georgia limited liability company. The terms "we," "us," and "our" in this policy refer to Amatista LLC. The terms "Amatista Creatives," "the brand," and the domain https://amatistacreatives.com all refer to the same legal entity. We are doing DBA as Amatista Creatives.

Information we collect

Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives collects information you choose to send us, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, project details, and messages submitted through forms, chat widgets, or direct outreach.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, referral source, pages viewed, and approximate location from analytics, hosting, security, and widget providers.

When you check an SMS consent box on a web form, we additionally record the consent timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string as evidence of opt-in.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare website previews or proposals, book calls, provide services, improve the website, maintain security, and manage customer relationships.

If you submit a form, chat, or booking request, we may contact you by email about your request. We will only contact you by SMS text message if you have explicitly checked one of the consent boxes on our forms.

SMS / Text Messaging

Amatista LLC DBA Amatista Creatives sends text messages only to recipients who have explicitly opted in by checking one of two distinct consent checkboxes on a web form at https://amatistacreatives.com. Opt-in is never inferred from any other action, purchase, conversation, or business relationship.

The two consent categories are separate. Non-marketing messages cover your spec website preview, appointment confirmations and reminders, proposal delivery, project status updates, and post-project review requests. Marketing messages cover special offers, discounts, and service updates. You can opt in to either, both, or neither — and you can submit any of our forms without opting in to SMS at all.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement, typically two to six messages per project for non-marketing communications and up to a few per month for marketing communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or contact us at management@amatistacreatives.com or +1 (240) 220-4446.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. After we receive STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You can opt back in by submitting any of our forms again with the relevant consent box checked.

LeadConnector, GoHighLevel, and service providers

Our website uses GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Resend, Vercel, and similar analytics, hosting, email, automation, and form-processing tools to receive messages, manage leads, route calls, and support customer communication.

These providers process information on our behalf according to their own security, privacy, and data-processing practices. They are bound to support our use of your data and do not have permission to use mobile information or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with the service providers described above, only to the extent needed to operate the website, communicate with you, deliver the services you have requested, comply with law, or protect our rights.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, operational, and security purposes. SMS consent evidence (timestamp, IP, user-agent) is retained for the lifetime of the contact record so we can respond to carrier or regulator audits.

Data security practices

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. Specific measures include:

Encryption in transit: every form submission, API call, and page load on our website is served over HTTPS using TLS. Mobile phone numbers, email addresses, consent records, and SMS opt-in evidence (timestamp, IP, user-agent) are never transmitted in plain text.

Encryption at rest: contact records, consent fields, and SMS opt-in evidence are stored in GoHighLevel and our hosting providers, both of which encrypt customer data at rest using AES-256 or equivalent.

Access controls: access to contact records and SMS opt-in data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the business. Production system access requires unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported.

Third-party processor security: we only share information with vendors that maintain security and privacy practices appropriate to the data they handle, including SOC 2 / ISO 27001-aligned controls where applicable. Vendors are contractually prohibited from using mobile information or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and disposal: we retain information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, operational, and security purposes. SMS consent evidence (timestamp, IP, user-agent) is retained for the lifetime of the contact record so we can respond to carrier or regulator audits. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

Breach notification: if we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.

Your role in security: please use a strong, unique password where you set one with us, do not share credentials, and report any suspected unauthorized access by emailing us at management@amatistacreatives.com.
